Terms of service

These Terms govern use of inkandformhome.com and purchases from IMPRESSION HOUSE, the trade name of INK & IMPRESSIONS LLC. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms takes away rights that the law gives you as a consumer. If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, your mandatory rights under UK consumer law still apply.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian’s consent, to place an order.

Products and prices

Product titles, descriptions, images, and prices on the product page are the offer presented to you. We photograph or otherwise show the product being sold. Natural materials such as wood may show grain or tone differences. Screen settings can affect perceived color. We may correct obvious pricing or listing errors and cancel an affected order.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the site. Standard shipping is $3.99 USD on orders under $50.00 USD, and free on orders of $50.00 USD or more. For eligible United Kingdom orders, we also pay the standard import VAT, customs duties, and standard carrier clearance fees needed to deliver the order.

Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline an order, including if an item is out of stock, we cannot verify payment, or we cannot ship to the address provided. Payment confirmation usually starts processing under our Shipping Policy.

Shipping and returns

We ship to eligible street addresses in the United States and the United Kingdom. Shipping rates and times are described in our Shipping Policy.

Returns, cancellations, and refunds are described in our Refund Policy. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. We pay standard return shipping on approved returns. Those pages are part of these Terms.

United Kingdom consumers have a 14-day right to cancel distance contracts, and additional rights if goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. Our 30-day return window and shipping terms do not replace those rights. See the Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You may not use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, or disruptive activity, or to interfere with the site or other customers.

Intellectual property

Site content, including text, images, and logos, is owned by INK & IMPRESSIONS LLC or used with permission. You may not copy or use it for commercial purposes without our written consent.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, INK & IMPRESSIONS LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or purchase of products. Some places do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limits may not apply to you.

This clause does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. It also does not limit UK consumers’ statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

If you are a consumer living in the United Kingdom, you also have the protection of mandatory UK consumer laws. You may bring a consumer claim in the courts of England and Wales, Scotland, or Northern Ireland, as applicable.
