Currency and prices
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the site, currently U.S. dollars (USD). The amount charged is the total shown at checkout, including any standard shipping fee.
Standard shipping is $3.99 USD on orders under $50.00 USD, and free on orders of $50.00 USD or more.
For eligible United Kingdom orders, we pay the standard import VAT, customs duties, and standard carrier clearance fees needed to deliver the order. Those charges are not added to your card at checkout.
How to pay
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. These may include major credit and debit cards and other methods offered by our checkout provider.
Payment is processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
When you are charged
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. Your payment method is charged when we accept the order at checkout. Payment confirmation usually starts processing under our Shipping Policy.
If we cannot accept an order, we will not keep the charge. If a charge has already gone through, we refund it to the original payment method.
Failed or declined payments
If a payment is declined, incomplete, or cannot be verified, the order is not accepted. You may try another payment method or contact your card issuer.
Taxes
Any sales tax that applies to a U.S. order is shown at checkout when required.
United Kingdom import VAT on eligible deliveries is paid by us, as described in our Shipping Policy. If a carrier or tax authority bills you for a charge that our Shipping Policy says we cover, email us the receipt and we will reimburse that amount.
Refunds
Refunds follow our Refund Policy. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you have a problem with an order or a charge, email support@inkandformhome.com first so we can review it. If you dispute a charge with your bank or payment provider, we may share order and delivery records needed to respond to that dispute.
Unauthorized use
Tell us at once if you think a charge on our site was unauthorized. We may also ask your payment provider to review the transaction.
