Return and Refund Policy

1. We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, and include all original accessories and tags.
2. Eligible return reasons include: product quality issues, incorrect items shipped, or significant discrepancies from the product description. Returns requested for personal preference reasons (such as color, size, or style) will require the buyer to cover the return shipping costs.
3. Please contact us first by email at support@inkandformhome.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Items returned without prior authorization may not be processed.

5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm it meets our conditions, we will process the refund within 5–10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees and any handling charges are generally non-refundable.
6. The following items are not eligible for return: custom-made products, personal hygiene items, opened electronic products, and clearance or promotional items.
7. If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.), we will cover the round-trip shipping costs.
