Shipping policy

IMPRESSION HOUSE is operated by INK & IMPRESSIONS LLC. This policy applies to orders placed at inkandformhome.com.

Where we ship

We currently ship to:

  • Street addresses in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia
  • Street addresses in the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland)

We do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes
  • APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses
  • Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, or other U.S. territories
  • Freight-forwarding addresses, parcel lockers, hotels, or other addresses that cannot accept a standard parcel
  • Addresses outside the United States and the United Kingdom

Orders placed for an unsupported address may be cancelled and refunded.

Standard shipping rates

The United States and the United Kingdom use the same standard shipping option.

  • Orders under $50.00 USD: $3.99 USD standard shipping
  • Orders of $50.00 USD or more: free standard shipping

The amount billed is the rate shown at checkout. No extra handling fees are added after checkout. If a promotion changes the shipping charge, the rate shown at checkout is billed.

We do not currently offer overnight, next-day, or express service.

United Kingdom import charges

For eligible United Kingdom orders, we pay the standard import VAT, customs duties, and standard carrier clearance fees needed to deliver the order. The customer should not be asked to pay those delivery charges to receive the parcel.

Processing time

After payment confirmation, in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed on a weekend or holiday begin processing the next business day.

Delivery time

United States: standard delivery is typically 5–8 business days after the ship date.

United Kingdom: standard delivery is typically 5–8 business days after the ship date, plus any time needed for UK customs clearance.

Delays can occur because of the carrier, weather, peak seasons, incorrect addresses, or customs inspection.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to the checkout address when the order ships.

Address errors and failed delivery

You are responsible for extra costs caused by an incomplete, incorrect, unsupported, or undeliverable address, including return-to-sender and reshipment fees. If a package is returned to us, we will email you. You may then request reshipment to an eligible street address after paying extra postage, or request a refund of the product price. The original outbound shipping charge is not refunded in that case.

Returns

Accepted returns follow our Refund Policy. We pay standard return shipping on approved returns. Do not send an item back until we confirm the return.
