1. Shipping Time: After an order is confirmed and payment is successfully processed, we will ship within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery time is 5–8 days (calculated from the ship date, excluding customs clearance delays and force majeure events).

3. Shipping Coverage: We currently primarily support shipping within the United States.
4. Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated based on the order’s weight, dimensions, and destination. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout. Some orders may qualify for free shipping promotions.
5. Tracking: Once your order has shipped, we will send the tracking number to your email address so you can monitor the package.
6. Costs resulting from an incorrect shipping address or failed delivery attempts (including return and reshipment fees) will be the responsibility of the buyer.
